About
Sewa Bank
Shri Mahila Sewa Sahakari Bank Ltd. is a women-focused cooperative bank built around financial inclusion, empowerment, and access to banking services for self-employed women workers. With 5.6+ lakh customers, 13 banking outlets across Gujarat, and 50+ years of dedicated service, Sewa Bank has played an important role in helping women become financially independent and more confident with banking.
The
Objective
Build stronger digital awareness for Sewa Bank across Gujarat.
Educate women and local communities about banking services, loans, schemes, and digital banking — fraud prevention, OTP safety, UPI safety, ATM usage, and cyber security best practices.
The
Strategy
Instead of making the content overly promotional, we focused on helping the audience understand banking better. The strategy was to use social media as a simple learning space where customers could get useful information about services, safety, schemes, and digital banking.
